This privacy policy applies to the website concierge-martini.de/OHB and to the macOS app “OHB” from the Mac App Store (the “App”).
The App does not collect any personal data and does not send any data to us. It contains no advertising, no tracking or analytics services, and sends no crash or usage reports to us. There is no user account.
The App only connects within your local network or on your Mac to OBS Studio (obs-websocket) and accepts connections from your Hollyland base station (Videohub protocol, TCP port 9990). Only the technical data needed for the tally function is exchanged (e.g. scene and source names from OBS, camera numbers). This data does not leave your local network. On first launch, macOS asks for permission to access the local network; without it the App cannot work.
Your settings (e.g. OBS address, mapping of sources to cameras) are stored only on your Mac. An OBS password is stored in the macOS keychain. The App’s log is kept in memory only and discarded when the App quits. Deleting the App removes this data; you can additionally delete the keychain entry in the “Keychain Access” or “Passwords” app.
The purchase of the “OHB Pro” subscription, the free trial, renewal, cancellation and payment are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive no payment data, no name and no email address. The App checks the subscription status on your device through Apple’s interface (StoreKit). Apple’s processing of data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/. Apple provides us with aggregated, non-personal sales and usage statistics.
This website is hosted by an external web hosting provider. When you visit it, the host automatically records server log files transmitted by your browser, including IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser and operating system. This data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short time. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of the website).
This website sets no cookies, does not use your browser’s local storage and does not embed any third-party content or services (e.g. fonts, videos, analytics tools). The link to the Mac App Store only takes you to Apple after you click it.
If you contact us by email, we process your details (email address, name, content of your request) to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual request) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries). The data is deleted once the request has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Recipients of personal data are – only to the extent described – our web hosting provider (as processor) and our email provider. We do not transfer data to countries outside the EU/EEA. For Apple’s processing during purchase, see section 2.4.
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) or restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) of your personal data stored by us, as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Please contact us at the address above.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about our processing of your personal data, e.g. the authority responsible for Rhineland-Palatinate: Der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz und die Informationsfreiheit Rheinland-Pfalz, Hintere Bleiche 34, 55116 Mainz, Germany, www.datenschutz.rlp.de.
No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR, takes place.
In case of doubt, the German version prevails.
